If the item is in stock, it is usually processed within 10 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom or personalised pieces, additional time may be required—we will always communicate this clearly at the time of purchase.

We partner with trusted international couriers to provide a reliable and secure delivery service, wherever you are.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays due to customs, holidays, or weather conditions may occur.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location and order details.

Your order will be carefully packed using protective materials and reinforced packaging, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@wavemuranoglass.com.

In case of damage, we kindly ask you to share photos of both the item and the packaging. We will take care of the rest and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
