Goccia Vase: The Beauty of a Water Droplet in Murano Glass
Simple forms can create some of the most memorable objects.
The Goccia Vase takes its inspiration from a single drop of water, translating its fluid silhouette into a sculptural piece of handcrafted Murano glass.
Designed around soft curves and overlapping layers of colour, Goccia captures the sense of movement associated with water while giving it a permanent form.
A Fluid Shape with Layers of Colour
The name Goccia means drop in Italian, a direct reference to the vase's organic silhouette.
Its distinctive appearance comes from overlapping layers of clear and coloured glass, creating depth and visual variation within the material itself.
As light passes through the different layers, colours become more or less pronounced, giving the vase a changing appearance depending on its surroundings.
The polished surface emphasizes these reflections, allowing the form to interact naturally with daylight and interior lighting.
Find the Colour That Complements Your Space
Goccia is available in three heights: 30, 35 and 40 cm.
Its broad colour palette includes Clear, Opaque Black, Blue, Aquamarine, Green, Amethyst, Topaz, Amber, Red, Orange, Fumè and Clear with Iridis.
Transparent colours emphasize the depth of the layered glass, while darker or opaque finishes create a stronger sculptural silhouette.
Choose a vivid colour to introduce contrast into a neutral interior, or select a more restrained shade for a subtle decorative accent.
A Decorative Vase with Sculptural Presence
Goccia is particularly suited to contemporary interiors where organic shapes provide a contrast to straight architectural lines.
Display it on a console, dining table, sideboard or shelf, either with a simple floral arrangement or as an independent decorative object.
Its droplet-inspired form gives it enough visual interest to stand alone, making it easy to appreciate even when it is not being used as a vase.
Handcrafted in Murano
Each Goccia Vase is individually handcrafted by Roberto Beltrami and his team of glassmakers in Murano.
The relationship between its curved silhouette and layered glass is central to the design, giving each piece the individuality of handmade production.
Choose the Goccia that best suits your interior and bring a little movement into your space. Its fluid shape and changing reflections make it the kind of object you'll find yourself noticing differently throughout the day.
